I haven’t clicked with a CLC song and album since Crystyle released with “Hobgoblin” in 2017. To be fair, they haven’t been as active as I would’ve liked and the songs they did release were a little meh for me. I don’t profess to know the ins-and-outs of this group but what I have heard of them I love this hard-hitting sound of theirs the most.
I’m beyond excited to listen to this album. Not only did I really enjoy the title track for this comeback but “Getting Closer” is also on this album – this song gives me all kinds of feels I haven’t felt from SEVENTEEN since their Teen, Age album back in 2017.
I’ve had a tough day and not in the same way as usual – today, it’s ASTROs fault. January has been an intense month (release wise) and the only thing I can do at this point is to sit back and enjoy it which would happen but I’m too invested. Cue the whirlwind of ASTROs new comeback.
The time between when a BTS mixtape gets announced and when it actually drops is getting shorter and shorter. There’s a lot of theories implying the next member will pull a Beyonce and just drop it, out of the blue and watch as everyone scrambles to keep up. I’m extremely excited to listen to the mixtape but I wanted to get this first review out of the way.
STRAY KIDS last comeback “My Pace” was fantastic so I was excited to see which direction they’d go in this time – another fast-paced song or may try a different vibe. I still have yet to learn all their names so you’ll have to excuse me. I keep saying I’ll learn their names but I haven’t got around to it yet. So again, I’m very, very sorry!
